This period starts the day after you receive your watch. You then have a further 14 calendar days to send it back.<\/p><p>Contact us by email or WhatsApp with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and enough information to identify your order. <\/p><p>You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind cancellations. Contact us for return instructions, package the watch securely and include its supplied accessories. Please use the original packaging where available and keep proof of postage.<\/p><h2>Condition of returned watches<\/h2><p>You can inspect and try on your watch as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. This can include everyday wear, damage or missing supplied accessories.<\/p><h2>Problems with your watch<\/h2><p>If your watch arrives damaged, develops a fault or does not match your order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video may help.<\/p><p>We may need to inspect the watch to establish the cause. We\u2019ll explain our findings and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights. Necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are covered by SBS. Missing original packaging does not remove your statutory rights.<\/p><h2>Cancellation refunds<\/h2><p>For valid change-of-mind cancellations, we refund your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned watch or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.<\/p><p>Returned watches are checked for condition and completeness. Any permitted deduction reflects the actual loss in value, as explained above. We also refund any standard outbound delivery charge you paid; additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.<\/p><p>Sending a watch for assessment or repair does not itself constitute a cancellation or automatically entitle you to a refund.<\/p><h2>Personalised watches<\/h2><p>The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to watches made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. We explain when this applies before you order. Choosing a standard catalogue watch does not, by itself, make it personalised.
