UK delivery

Delivery is free across the UK. Our estimated delivery time is 9–15 working days, including preparation and shipping, unless we agree a different timeframe with you before you order.

Day one is the next working day after you place your order, with processing beginning at 12 noon UK time that day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Other destinations

Delivery to supported European destinations costs £8.99 per order. Select your country at checkout to confirm availability and the delivery charge. Our estimated assembly and delivery time is 9–15 working days from purchase, unless we agree a different timeframe with you before you order. For other destinations, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether delivery is available, the charge and an estimated timeframe.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs handling fees not collected at checkout are payable by the customer when required by the destination country.

Delays or delivery problems

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If we become aware of a delay, we’ll let you know.

If your watch has not arrived or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue. Your statutory delivery rights are unaffected.
