Your order

Please check your chosen watch, contact details and delivery address before ordering. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch your watch, whichever happens first. If we cannot accept it, we’ll explain and refund any payment taken.

Products and specifications

The product description and any specifications agreed with you in writing form part of your order. Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear, but your watch must match its description. For custom commissions, we agree the design, price and estimated timeframe before accepting the order.

Prices and payment

The price and any delivery charge are confirmed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If we identify a pricing error before accepting an order, we’ll contact you rather than charge a different price without your agreement. For international orders, applicable import duties, taxes and customs handling fees not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery

Our Delivery policy explains estimated times and charges. If you notice an address error, contact us promptly; we may be unable to change it after dispatch. Goods remain our responsibility until you or your nominated recipient take physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise.

Returns and aftercare

Our Returns & refunds and Guarantee policies explain cancellation, faulty-goods support and our additional six-month repair guarantee. Follow the care instructions and stated limits for your watch. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights.

Problems or complaints

Contact SBS with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll investigate and explain the next steps.

Changes to these terms

The terms in place when we accept your order apply to that order. Later changes apply to future orders unless otherwise lawfully agreed. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
